O St. Philomena, powerful with God, I come to you asking your intercession for all those suffering through infertility, especially (name people).
I confidently approach you for prayers on their behalf.
I ask you to plead their cause before God asking that if it is His holy will that they conceive and give birth to a healthy, happy baby.
If not, pray that God blesses them with humble submission to His will and they accept life without children or that He open the door for them to become parents through adoption.
St. Philomena, I know God hears your prayers and answers them, so I trust in your patronage and await a favorable answer to prayer. Amen.
